In the 22nd general election, Na Kyung-won, the candidate from the People Power Party, is confirmed to have won in Seoul Dongjak-eul, one of the most fiercely contested districts. Kwon Young-se, the People Power Party candidate running in Seoul Yongsan, is also likely to be elected.

As of 1:33 AM on the 11th, with 85.70% of the votes counted in Seoul Dongjak-eul, Na has secured 55.69%, totaling 55,447 votes, making her victory certain.

Ryu Sam-young, the Democratic Party candidate, is in second place with 44.3% (44,101 votes).

At the same time, with 86.28% of the votes counted in Yongsan, Kwon is leading with 52.93% (58,823 votes), making his election likely.

The second-place candidate, Kang Tae-woong of the Democratic Party, received 45.89% (51,008 votes).

This result differs somewhat from the exit polls released earlier at 6 PM by the three major terrestrial broadcasters (KBS, MBC, SBS).

The exit polls showed Na’s vote share at 47.7%, trailing Ryu’s 52.3%. Kwon also fell short with 49.3% compared to Kang’s 50.3%.

While the People Power Party appeared to suffer a crushing defeat in this general election, the strong performance of ruling party veterans in the 'Hangang Belt' region, which attracted attention as a battleground, stands out.
