According to the National Election Commission, candidate Yoon defeated Lee Jae-young of the Democratic Party of Korea and Kim Hyo-hoon of the Reform New Party in the 22nd general election held on the 10th.
As of 1:31 PM on the 11th, with 99.99% of the votes counted, candidate Yoon received 53.61%, candidate Lee 44.78%, and candidate Kim 1.60% of the votes.
