Jeong Jeomsik, the People Power Party candidate for Tongyeong-Goseong, Gyeongnam, was elected in the 22nd general election.


According to the National Election Commission, as of 10:24 PM on the 10th, Candidate Jeong secured victory over Democratic Party candidate Kang Seokju with 61.41% to 38.58% of the votes.


At the same time, the vote counting rate was 98.48%, and the difference in votes between the two candidates was 22,425.
