Engineers learn through practical exercises about the unique features of Bespoke AI Steam, disassembly and assembly, and diagnostic methods using SmartThings.
Robot vacuum cleaner technical instructors also conduct 'on-site training' by touring service hubs nationwide to inform engineers about the key functions and diagnostic methods of the new product. Online training is also provided to further enhance the engineers' expertise.
'Bespoke AI Steam' incorporates numerous new technologies, including Korea's first mop steam sterilization function and AI-based object recognition. Accordingly, Samsung Electronics Service plans to improve engineers' technical capabilities to provide fast and accurate service.
Samsung Electronics Service has deployed specialized robot vacuum cleaner engineers at 113 service centers, the largest number in the industry, enabling customers to easily have their products inspected. Through engineer dispatch services available nationwide, including island regions, customers can conveniently access services such as battery replacement.
They also offer differentiated robot vacuum cleaner consultation services through 'Visible Remote Consultation.'
