Representatives from the Ground Golf Association, Community Dance Association, and Paragliding Association pointed out issues such as the lack of facilities, spaces, and budgets for community sports, as well as difficulties for local artists to access the National Asia Culture Center, which was established to promote citizen culture but is a national institution.

Additionally, local artists expressed concerns that most of the companies selected through bidding to manage the Chungjang Festival are from Seoul and other regions, making it difficult for local cultural artists to participate. They hoped for more opportunities for local singers and masters to take part.

In response, candidate Ando-geol stated, "Community sports and cultural arts must be developed to provide better services to residents," adding, "To this end, we will work on securing infrastructure and expanding the use of the ACC so that many local residents can easily access and utilize these resources."
