Samsung Electronics Doubles Semiconductor Investment Scale in Texas, USA

Samsung Electronics plans to expand its semiconductor production investment in Texas, USA, to $44 billion (approximately 59.5 trillion KRW), more than double the previous amount, the Wall Street Journal (WSJ) reported on the 5th (local time).

WSJ, citing sources, reported that "Samsung Electronics is scheduled to announce this plan on the 15th in Taylor, Texas."
