The morning low temperatures are forecasted to be between 3 and 11 degrees Celsius, and the daytime highs between 16 and 22 degrees Celsius. The temperature difference between day and night will be around 15 degrees Celsius, especially inland.
Frost is expected in areas where morning temperatures drop below 5 degrees Celsius, mainly in eastern Gyeonggi and inland and mountainous areas of Gangwon.
The central regions will be mostly clear, while the southern regions and Jeju Island will have mostly cloudy skies.
On Jeju Island's mountainous areas, light raindrops less than 0.1 mm may fall from morning to daytime.
Dense fog will form along the Incheon and western Gyeonggi coastal areas, northern Chungnam western coastal areas, and Jeonbuk, with fog also appearing in other regions.
Fine dust levels are expected to be 'moderate' across all areas.
However, the Seoul metropolitan area is expected to experience temporarily 'bad' levels in the morning, and Gangwon Yeongseo, Chungbuk, and Gyeongbuk are expected to have 'bad' levels at night.
Sea waves will be 0.5 to 1.0 meters in the East Sea and South Sea coastal waters, and 0.5 meters in the West Sea coastal waters.
In the offshore waters (about 200 km from the coastline), wave heights are predicted to be 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the East Sea, 0.5 to 1.0 meters in the West Sea, and 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the South Sea.
