Gyeongnam National University Future Life College will hold a special lecture by Professor Lee Gyu-ho from Daegu University at 7 p.m. on the 19th in the AMP Lecture Room on the first floor of the Creative Hall.
Supporting the capacity building of local adult learners and advancing as a 'Higher Lifelong Learning Platform University,' Future Life College conducts a monthly 'Distinguished Guest Special Lecture' to discover joint lifelong education tasks and develop curricula.
This special lecture, the second following last month's invitation of Ken Stern, founder of the Longevity Center at Stanford University, USA, features Professor Lee, who earned a Ph.D. in Family Studies from Iowa State University and is currently serving at Daegu University.
The lecture, titled "The Secret to Middle and Older Age Couples' Relationships for a Miracle Life," will focus on analyzing the causes of the continuous decline in marital satisfaction (errors regarding the U-shaped marital satisfaction curve), the impact spouses have on each other's mental health, and successful communication methods.
Anyone in the local community can participate, and inquiries for registration can be made to Future Life College.
