It is a double subway station area, with Daegu Subway Line 3 Suseong-gu Office Station within 100 meters of the complex and Daegu Subway Line 2 Beomeo Station 800 meters away. It is also convenient to travel to downtown Daegu or Dongdaegu Station.

Beomeo-dong is an area with excellent educational environment. Within 300 meters of the complex is Dongsan Elementary School, and within 600 meters is Dongdo Elementary School. Hwanggeum Middle School, Kyungshin Middle and High School, Daegu Girls' High School, and Daegu Science High School are all within walking distance. It is also close to the Suseong-gu academy district.

Within a 1km radius of Beomeo-dong, there are convenience facilities such as Beomeo Park, Daegu Children's Grand Park, broadcasting stations, and a public library. The apartments are composed mainly of medium to large units preferred by demanders, with a floor plan design oriented towards the south. The exclusive 84㎡ A and C types and 121㎡ units have a slab-type 4-bay structure to enhance lighting and sunlight efficiency. The tower-type 84㎡ B type maximizes storage by placing a pantry near the kitchen.

A sky lounge will be created on the top floor of the complex, offering community facilities where residents can enjoy an outdoor terrace and coffee. It will be designed as a differentiated space with an open view. Fitness centers and GX rooms for residents' exercise facilities are also arranged. The exterior walls of the complex feature a curtain wall look specialized design, and glass railing-integrated windows are used for individual units to enhance openness.

Except for the senior lounge and daycare center (auxiliary facilities), the first floor has an open piloti structure with no units. It is planned with a ceiling height of over 3.5 meters to increase openness and protect the privacy of low-floor residents. Among the internal spaces of the piloti, the open space will be provided as a resting area for residents. Community facilities such as a library, study room, and golf practice range are also secured generously relative to the number of units.

Beomeo I'Park incorporates HDC smart home IoT technology. A facial recognition system is applied at the main entrance, and security is enhanced with CCTV within the complex. Emergency bells are installed at regular intervals in the underground parking lot to enable a rapid response system for emergencies.

A fingerprint recognition digital door lock is installed at the entrance, and when an external visitor calls, automatic black box recording is performed, and communication is possible via smartphone.

Inside the home, wall pads, integrated switches, and smart switches are supported. The living room wall pad controls lighting, heating, ventilation, and door locks, while the integrated switch in the bedroom controls lighting, temperature adjustment, and standby power cut-off. Using the smart switch at the entrance, elevator calls and weather information can also be checked. The ceiling-mounted air quality sensor integrated wireless AP in the living room is linked with the home network to automatically control ventilation. Depending on fine dust concentration, ventilation volume is adjusted along with temperature and humidity control.
