Daegu Beomeo I'Park 1st Priority Subscription Opens on the 11th

HDC Hyundai Development Company opened the Daegu Beomeo I'Park model house on the 5th and will begin sales from the 9th.

Daegu Beomeo I'Park is a complex rebuilt from Beomeo Woobang 1st Apartment, located at 620 Beomeo-dong, Suseong-gu. It consists of 4 buildings with 3 basement floors and 26 above-ground floors, totaling 418 apartments with exclusive areas of 84 and 121㎡, and 30 officetel units with areas of 37 and 59㎡. Among these, 143 apartments of 84㎡ and 30 officetel units of 37 and 59㎡ will be sold to the general public. As a post-sale apartment, move-in is scheduled for October.

Apartment subscription applications will begin with special supply on the 9th, followed by first priority on the 11th and second priority on the 12th. The announcement of successful applicants will be on the 18th. The official contract period will be from April 30 to May 2. Officetel subscription applications will be accepted on the 13th, with the announcement of successful applicants on the 15th. The official contract for officetels is planned for the 16th.

Daegu Beomeo I'Park is well-equipped with transportation, commercial facilities, and convenience infrastructure. The apartments are composed mainly of medium to large units preferred by demanders, with a floor plan design oriented towards the south. The exclusive 84㎡ A and C types and 121㎡ units have a slab-type 4-bay structure to enhance lighting and sunlight efficiency. The tower-type 84㎡ B type maximizes storage by placing a pantry near the kitchen.

A sky lounge will be created on the top floor of the complex, offering community facilities where residents can enjoy an outdoor terrace and coffee. It will be designed as a differentiated space with an open view. Fitness centers and GX rooms for residents' exercise facilities are also arranged.
