Seocheon-gun Signs Investment Agreement Worth 18.7 Billion KRW for Janghang National Industrial Complex

On the 5th, Seocheon-gun, Chungnam Province, signed a factory expansion investment agreement worth 18.7 billion KRW with Seonjin Beauty Science Co., Ltd., a cosmetics raw material manufacturing specialist company located in Janghang National Eco-Industrial Complex (Janghang National Industrial Complex).

Seonjin Beauty Science, which possesses outstanding technology in cosmetics raw material manufacturing, plans to invest approximately 18.7 billion KRW to expand its factory on the site within the Janghang National Industrial Complex for new business expansion due to continuous corporate growth, and will also hire 40 local talents.

In January, the company completed the construction of a research and development (R&D) center within the Janghang National Industrial Complex and is developing materials that align with cosmetics trends.

The county has nearly completed the sale of the first phase industrial land in the Janghang National Industrial Complex and plans to actively attract excellent companies to the second phase industrial land, aiming to complete the sale by 2025.

County Governor Kim Ki-woong stated, "We will do our best to create a stable environment so that companies located in the Janghang National Industrial Complex can continuously expand and grow their businesses," and added, "We will spare no support to make Seocheon a favorable place for corporate investment."
