Persona AI (PersonaAI, CEO Yoo Seung-jae), an artificial intelligence (AI) company, announced on the 5th that it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) for AI business cooperation with Naver Cloud (CEO Kim Yoo-won).

This agreement was established with the purpose of combining the AI expertise and know-how possessed by both companies to enhance service competitiveness and strengthen leadership in the AI market.

The two companies plan to promote broad cooperation to provide differentiated AI services. This aims to secure an advantage centered on core technologies in the fierce AI competition and to expand the user base. Specifically, they will combine Naver's large-scale AI "HyperCLOVA X," AI development tool "CLOVA Studio," and Persona AI's generative AI technology to create new value and solidify their business foundation.

They will also actively seek new business opportunities across various industrial sectors. Projects applying Persona AI's generative AI solutions to HyperCLOVA X have already been identified and are underway. By adding Persona AI's generative AI technology to Naver Cloud's high-performance large language model (LLM) and cloud infrastructure, it is expected that the usability of AI services will be maximized and provided more stably.

Yoo Seung-jae, CEO of Persona AI, said, "This partnership is significant in that it combines the AI visions, technologies, and strong will of both companies to proactively respond to the future AI market. We expect it to be an opportunity to elevate Persona AI's generative AI capabilities to the next level."
