Hanwha Construction Division is offering 'Doma Forena Haemoro' for sale on a first-come, first-served basis in the area of 181-1 Doma-dong, Seo-gu, Daejeon, in collaboration with HJ Heavy Industries.
Doma Forena Haemoro consists of 7 buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to 34 above-ground floors, with a total of 818 households sized between 39 and 101㎡. Among these, 568 units are available for general sale. The number of households by area is ▲59㎡A 209 units ▲59㎡B 111 units ▲74㎡A 65 units ▲74㎡B 92 units ▲84㎡ 86 units ▲101㎡ 5 units.
The complex is located in the core area of the Doma-Byeondong district. The Doma-Byeondong district, redeveloped through urban renewal projects from a large-scale old residential area, is a mini new town with about 25,000 households. It is similar in scale to the nearby Doan New Town Phase 1 (24,000 households).
The complex is surrounded by transportation networks such as Gyebaek-ro, Doma Intersection, and Daedunsan-ro. Access to Honam Expressway, Daejeon Southern Ring Expressway, and Tongyeong-Daejeon Expressway is also convenient. Daesin Middle and High Schools are within a 10-minute walking distance, and Boksu Elementary, Daejeon Samyuk Elementary (private), Beodne Middle, and Jeil High School are all within a 1 km radius. The area is pleasant with nearby Yudeungcheon Stream and Oryang Mountain. Within a 3 km radius, there are Daejeon O-World, Daejeon Root Park, and a forest bathing area.
Upon moving in, residents can use the Doma Intersection central commercial area (a 5-minute walk), which is concentrated with shops, hospitals, and banks. Doma Large Market, Costco, and Homeplus are also located nearby. Recently, Daejeon City’s Yuseong-gu Gyochon-dong was selected as the final candidate site for the national nano-semiconductor industrial complex, which is a positive factor. Doma Forena Haemoro is located about 7 to 8 km from this planned site.
