Yeongdeungpo-gu (District Mayor Choi Ho-kwon) announced that it will produce and distribute the "Long-term Repair Plan Operation Guidebook for Apartment Complexes" to provide useful information related to preventing conflicts among residents and managing apartment complexes.
The guidebook aims to make the procedures and methods of long-term repair plans, such as the maintenance of major facilities in apartment complexes, easier to understand, thereby enhancing the understanding and transparency of apartment complex management. Furthermore, it plans to create a pleasant and convenient residential environment by extending the building's lifespan through proper operation of apartment complexes and ensuring residents' safety.
The main contents include ▲ an overview of long-term repair plans and related laws ▲ standards, timing, and importance of plan establishment ▲ scope of repairs by category ▲ cases of administrative dispositions ▲ and Q&A responses.
The district will distribute the guidebook to about 200 apartment complexes in the area and post it on the district website.
Previously, to realize a "Better Yeongdeungpo," the district has been conducting inspections of 201 apartment complexes. This year, the number of complexes subject to inspection has increased about sevenfold compared to last year, and the inspection items have been subdivided into four categories: "Budget and Accounting," "Construction and Services," "Residents' Representative Meetings and Management Entities," and "Long-term Repairs."
In addition, the district has established a detailed inspection system by conducting inspections together with experts to ensure thorough and substantial inspections.
Choi Ho-kwon, Mayor of Yeongdeungpo-gu, said, "I hope this guidebook production will provide an opportunity to accurately understand long-term repair plans and be helpful to everyone involved. We will continue to actively support apartment complex management to establish a transparent management system and strive for a safe residential environment."
