[Breaking] China: "7.3 Earthquake in Taiwan... Magnitude 6.0 Aftershock 10 Minutes Later"

At 7:58 AM on the 3rd, a strong earthquake with a magnitude of 7.3 occurred in the waters off Hualien County, Taiwan, according to the China Earthquake Networks Center.
The depth of the epicenter was observed to be 20 km. The earthquake occurred about 7 km away from Hualien, a city with a population of 350,000 in eastern Taiwan.
The China Earthquake Networks Center explained that at 8:11 AM, a magnitude 6.0 aftershock occurred in the waters off Hualien County, Taiwan, with an epicenter depth of 10 km.
