Mile Corporation, a developer of integrated office space management solutions, has secured initial investment from Mashup Ventures, a specialized early-stage startup investment firm.
Mile Corporation developed 'Mile,' an integrated office space management Software as a Service (SaaS) designed to enhance office operation efficiency and improve employee productivity.
Mile offers enterprise visitor management solutions such as Mile Visitors, meeting room tablet PC solutions like Mile Meeting, and integrated space data analytics services called Mile Analytics. Currently, it is rapidly expanding its market share targeting IT startups and mid-sized companies.
Within three months of product launch, Mile attracted clients including Lunit, Kmong, and Doodlin. Based on high customer satisfaction, new clients are also increasing rapidly. The overall employee satisfaction rate among adopting companies has exceeded 90%, and utilization of idle office space has increased by 20%.
Jinwoo Hong, CEO of Mile Corporation, stated, “As hybrid work, flexible and adaptive work systems diversify how companies operate, the complexity and importance of office space management are rapidly increasing. We aim to quickly innovate the space management and commercial real estate market, which has so far been managed mainly by large corporations and prime buildings, focusing on mid-sized companies through the cloud-based Mile solution.”
Eunwoo Park, partner at Mashup Ventures, explained the reason for investment: “Mile Corporation is a founding team of young and smart developers rapidly growing based on a SaaS product essential for mid-sized companies. We expect them to digitally transform overall asset management starting from corporate space management, which enterprise solutions have not yet targeted.”
Meanwhile, Mashup Ventures is an early-stage startup investment firm composed of founders. It has made initial investments in over 170 startups including Bucketplace (Today’s House), Nudge Healthcare (Cashwalk), MyRealTrip, Finda, Shiftee, and Disquiet, and currently operates as a TIPS and Deep Tech TIPS operator.
