Located in the Yeongdeung living zone, which is highly preferred for residence in Iksan City, residents can enjoy convenient living infrastructure such as large supermarkets and hospitals. Nearby the complex are Homeplus, Lotte Mart, CGV, Iksan General Hospital, and Iksan Arts Center.
Within walking distance are Gungdong Elementary School, Eoyang Middle School, and Busong Library, with the Yeongdeung academy district adjacent. An 890,000㎡ Palbong Neighborhood Park is planned to be developed east of the complex, and it is also easily accessible to Iksan Citizen Park and Central Sports Park.
About 1,700 households will be established in Busong 4 District, developed through an urban development project. The surrounding area of the complex is planned to include commercial sites, single-family residential and commercial mixed-use sites, and parks, providing convenient and pleasant living conditions.
With close proximity to workplaces via transportation networks such as Muwang-ro and Seonhwa-ro, and easy access to KTX Iksan Station and Iksan IC, it is convenient to travel not only within Iksan city but also to nearby areas.
Iksan Busong I-Park features a comfortable complex design with a floor area ratio of 199% and a building coverage ratio of 14%. The complex is mainly oriented southward and has wide distances between buildings, which is advantageous for privacy protection. Ground parking is minimized to secure safe pedestrian paths, and about 36% of the total area is dedicated to landscaping, creating an eco-friendly park-type complex.
All units provide ample storage space such as dressing rooms and powder rooms, and large dressing rooms are available to enhance indoor space usability according to residents’ lifestyles, expanding options.
Community facilities include a fitness center, indoor golf practice range, kids lounge, daycare center, kids station, community care center, small library, and senior citizens’ center.
A sales representative said, "As this is the first I-Park introduced in Iksan City and is supplied in the highly preferred Yeongdeung living zone, there is high interest from buyers. It is expected to become a new landmark complex in Iksan, as it will have excellent location and product competitiveness."
