Crank Launches Bluetooth Smart Bicycle Helmet 'Angler Alpha'

Analogplus Co., Ltd. (CEO Jaeheung Park) announced the official launch of the smart bicycle helmet ‘Angler Alpha’ under its riding lifestyle brand ‘CRNK’.

The Angler Alpha helmet features built-in Bluetooth speakers and a microphone, allowing for music playback and phone calls. It also includes turn signal and brake light functions through rear LEDs.

During the pre-order event held from February 16 to March 14, certain colors and sizes sold out completely, attracting significant attention from riders even before the official release. Additionally, the Angler Alpha won the ‘d&I awards 2024’ in the accessories category at the Taipei Cycle exhibition held in early March, proving the product’s design and functionality.

Furthermore, the Angler Alpha has gained popularity and demand from buyers not only at the Taipei Cycle exhibition but also at international events such as CES and Eurobike. It is scheduled for an official launch in Europe at the end of March. CRNK has already been exporting products to European countries including Spain and the Netherlands, solidifying its position as a key brand in the global helmet industry.

CEO Jaeheung Park expressed his ambition, stating, “While establishing our position as a domestic bicycle helmet brand, we aim to grow into a brand that expands globally.”

Meanwhile, Analogplus started as an in-house venture at Samsung Electronics C-lab in 2016 and launched the riding lifestyle brand CRNK in 2018. The company leads the riding lifestyle market by releasing various helmet products, including bicycle helmets, smart ski helmets, and motorcycle helmets.
