They are suspected of defaming Professor A by spreading false information about him on MediStaff and insulting him by labeling him as an 'internal whistleblower.'

It is known that Professor A raised allegations around 2020 that residents at Hospital B recommended non-covered vitamin treatments unrelated to patient care and received kickbacks, leading to his whistleblowing.

In relation to this, on the 19th, a post titled 'The Full Story of the Hospital B Rebate Incident' was uploaded on MediStaff, reportedly criticizing Professor A as the internal whistleblower of the reported case. Comments identifying Professor A were also posted.

Last month on the 19th, a post instructing residents to delete electronic records related to their work before resignation was uploaded on MediStaff, causing controversy. Additionally, a post calling to 'destroy the medical system' was uploaded, prompting the government to request a police investigation.
