"Rather than competing over appearances, I truly want to concede that as a righteous politician. Please become more beautiful."
Former Minister of Justice Chu Mi-ae, who was strategically nominated for the Democratic Party of Korea in Hanam Gap, Gyeonggi Province, mentioned former floor leader Na Kyung-won of the People Power Party during her appearance on a comedy program. She also emphasized that Lee Jae-myung, the Democratic Party leader, is more handsome as a politician than actor Cha Eun-woo.

On that day, host Kim Ah-young asked former Minister Chu, "In a recent interview, you mentioned avoiding Na Kyung-won, the People Power Party candidate, by going to Gyeonggi Province, saying that if female representatives from each party clash, it only encourages appearance competition, which you dislike. To put an end to such remarks, I will ask a question here to settle the appearance controversy once and for all." Then she asked, "Who is prettier between the two? Chu Mi-ae vs. Na Kyung-won?"
Former Minister Chu answered without hesitation, "Na Kyung-won," adding, "I concede the appearance competition." Kim Ah-young then said, "I prepared a male version as well," and asked, "Who is more handsome? Lee Jae-myung vs. Cha Eun-woo?"
This time, former Minister Chu paused for about two seconds before saying, "Lee Jae-myung." She continued, "Of course, actors are much better looking in terms of appearance, but that depicts someone's life. However, as a politician and leader, Lee Jae-myung carries the hopes of the people in his heart, which shows in his expression, and because that can be read, he looks cool."
Democratic Party leader Lee Jae-myung and former Yeongdeungpo District Mayor Chae Hyun-il, who is running for Yeongdeungpo-gu Gap in Seoul, visited the New Town underground shopping mall in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, on the afternoon of the 5th to purchase bread.

Regarding a photo of Lee Jae-myung holding bread in both hands, Kim Ah-young asked, "Who do you think Leader Lee Jae-myung wants to punch (hit in the face)?" Former Minister Chu replied, "He is someone who drinks alcohol instead of bread, so he has a bloated stomach. Because of that, he can't get up properly in the morning. Also, when he rides the train, he can't keep his legs together and spreads them wide or puts his legs on the opposite seat."
Then actor Kwon Hyuk-soo asked former Minister Chu, "Among the following, who is the true contributor to the birth of the Yoon Seok-youl government? Chu Mi-ae, who raised the weight class, or Moon Jae-in, who appointed the Prosecutor General?"
Former Minister Chu hesitated for about seven seconds, then answered, "Honestly, number 2 (Moon Jae-in)." She added, "(Former President Moon) skipped about six steps and appointed him as the head of the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office without proper verification, then promoted him to Prosecutor General. (President Yoon) used the powerful authority of the Prosecutor General as a political stepping stone. In that regard, he inevitably bears significant responsibility."
When asked about the expected number of seats for the Democratic Party, former Minister Chu said, "151 seats."
