The Cyber Crime Investigation Unit of the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency announced on the 22nd that they recently summoned and investigated two individuals, including a Medistaff technical staff member and the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), on charges of evidence concealment.

According to the police, last month a post titled 'Residents should delete work-related electronic data before resignation' was uploaded on Medistaff, and when the police began an investigation, the suspects exchanged messages suggesting "the server administrator account password should be changed before the seizure and search."

During the seizure and search of Medistaff headquarters on the 22nd of last month, the police confirmed signs of evidence concealment and imposed a travel ban on the individuals involved.

It is reported that the police requested the CTO to appear again this afternoon for further questioning.
