In particular, terraces and parking lots featuring the design concept of "Biophilic," which brings nature indoors, stand out. The Biophilic terraces have been developed with eight new floor plans. Among them, the representative specialized space called "Biophilic Terrace" allows direct sunlight and is connected directly to the living room or kitchen, enhancing its utility as a garden. Decorating this area with trees or potted plants can create a garden with natural lighting inside the apartment. Another advantage is that the fresh garden scenery can be seen at a glance from the living room or kitchen. Depending on lifestyle, it can be used as an indoor space or designed as various outdoor spaces such as home training or outdoor camping.

The Biophilic parking lot focuses on eco-friendliness and advanced technology. On the first basement level, sunlight and wind are maximized to plant actual vegetation, and from the second basement level downward, semi-shade plants, shade plants, and landscaping stones are planted according to the amount of sunlight. The selection of trees and artificial plants, garden creation, and construction management know-how are transferred from the Korea National Arboretum.

They also developed a complex relaxation space called the "Plantrium." Plantrium is a compound word combining "Plant," meaning plants, and the suffix "~arium," meaning space, signifying a relaxation space in harmony with nature. It is installed as a large greenhouse-type structure at the center of the complex. A plant hotel and hospital were also established where residents can leave their companion plants during travel or business trips.

The apartment community facility "Club The Sharp" also incorporates green life by developing a design closer to nature. While community facilities are usually divided inside box-shaped buildings according to area, Club The Sharp features a ground that undulates like waves. Utilizing the characteristics of the space, a stepped book caf?, unseen in previous complexes, was created on the building's sloped surface. Additionally, the outdoor step garden formed along the slope harmonizes stone, wood, and landscaping.
