Gwangju Bank Donates Sponsorship Funds for Youth Preparing for Independence

Gwangju Bank recently announced on the 20th that it delivered a donation of 150 million KRW to the Good Neighbors Gwangju Jeonnam Regional Headquarters at its headquarters to support youth preparing for independence.

The donation will be used for programs supporting monthly rent and medical expenses for youth preparing for independence.

Ko Byung-il, President of Gwangju Bank, said, "Through this donation, we hope that young people in the region who are marginalized and facing difficult circumstances will dream of a hopeful future."

Meanwhile, since last year, Gwangju Bank has been supporting youth preparing for independence through Good Neighbors by providing medical supply kits and winter heating supplies, delivering a total of about 70 million KRW in donations to approximately 230 people.
