Ilseong Construction Signs Contract for Subcontracting in Sosabon-dong, Bucheon

Ilseong Construction signed a contract with the Bucheon Sosabon-dong Area Housing Maintenance Project Association (hereinafter referred to as the "Association") on March 6.

The Sosabon-dong Area Housing Maintenance Project involves constructing four apartment buildings with 152 units, ranging from two basement floors to 25 above-ground floors, with a construction cost of approximately 47.9 billion KRW.

The project site is located a 3-minute walk from Sosaeul Station on the Seohae Line, which opened in July 2023, allowing access to Gimpo Airport in 10 minutes, Yeouido in 30 minutes, and Gangnam Station in 45 minutes. Additionally, it is about a 10-minute drive from Siheung IC on the Metropolitan Area 1st Ring Expressway, providing excellent vehicle accessibility to various parts of the metropolitan area.

Moreover, the project site offers a pleasant residential environment with nearby apartment complexes and parks such as Wonmisan, Sosa Grand Park, Seongjusan Sports Park, and Sosaeul Park. Various large medical facilities (Catholic University Bucheon Hospital and Bucheon Sejong Hospital) and retail facilities (E-Mart Bucheon Branch, Homeplus Bucheon Sosa Branch, Hanaro Mart Nonghyup Distribution Sosa Branch) are also located nearby, providing a convenient living environment.

By signing the contract for this project with such locational advantages, Ilseong Construction has established an opportunity to strengthen and expand its capabilities and foundation in urban maintenance projects within the construction industry, despite the challenging construction market.
