Startled, Ms. A quickly called the apartment management office for help. A day had already passed, so it was hard to predict what might have happened. However, the management office confirmed that the trash had not yet been collected. The garbage truck was due to arrive in just 30 minutes. Afterwards, security guards and cleaning staff emptied the trash and began searching for the jewelry. Ms. A and her husband also joined in. After anxiously rummaging through the trash for some time, Ms. A finally found the envelope containing the jewelry. Fortunately, all the jewelry remained intact inside the envelope.
Ms. A expressed her gratitude, saying, "The moment we found the jewelry, everyone was happy and smiled," and added, "The security guards and cleaning staff helped so diligently." After finding the jewelry, Ms. A gave fruit and a monetary gift to the security guards and cleaning staff as a token of appreciation. However, the staff accepted only the fruit, declining the money as it violated regulations. Feeling sorry, Ms. A later ordered additional food to treat the staff.
