On the 14th, Samsung C&T's Construction Division announced that it will sign a strategic business agreement with Tower PMC at the Raemian Gallery in Munjeong-dong, Songpa-gu, Seoul to introduce 'Homenic' to existing residential complexes.

The signing ceremony will be attended by Kim Myung-seok, Vice President and Head of Samsung C&T's Housing Business Division, and Kang Min-soo, Vice Chairman of Tower PMC. Both companies also plan to discuss cooperation methods to expand the 'Homenic' service to existing multi-family housing complexes of various brands.

'Homenic' is a home platform that allows users to access all residential life services, including digital smart home services, cultural activities, and health management, through a single app. Samsung C&T launched the dedicated Homenic app in August last year and first applied it to Raemian One Bailey.

Tower PMC, established in 2002, is a comprehensive residential management service company. It specializes in managing and operating landmark residential facilities in the region, including Tower Palace in Dogok-dong, Galleria Palace in Jamsil, Hannam The Hill in Yongsan, and Raemian One Bailey.

Samsung C&T plans to introduce Homenic to residential complexes in Seoul and Busan as early as the first half of this year. The company aims to maximize synergy by combining Samsung C&T's solutions with Tower PMC's expertise in complex management and operation.

Kim Myung-seok, Vice President and Head of Samsung C&T's Housing Business Division, said, "This lays the foundation for expanding the essential residential life app 'Homenic.' We plan to enhance the value of residential living by providing differentiated services tailored to the characteristics of each complex and the lifestyle of its residents."
