Seongbuk-gu, Seoul (Mayor Lee Seung-ro) has stepped up as a real estate expert instructor.
The district produced a booklet titled “A Practical Real Estate Guide in My Hands” to make the complex and difficult real estate policies easy to understand and quickly accessible to the general public.
Additionally, major civil complaint forms frequently used in real estate transactions have been created as QR code promotional materials and are being distributed.
A Practical Real Estate Guide in My Hands includes essential real estate policy information such as ▲ matters related to real estate brokerage ▲ matters related to real estate transaction contracts ▲ housing lease reporting system ▲ real estate registration procedures ▲ taxes related to real estate (sale, holding, transfer) ▲ real estate laws and regulations reflected from 2024 ▲ and a four-step checklist for jeonse fraud victims divided into before contract, during contract, after contract, and final payment stages, addressing the increasing trend of jeonse fraud.
The district expects that by comprehensively guiding procedures and taxes from acquisition to holding and transfer of real estate, residents’ time and economic burdens can be reduced. There has been particularly high resident interest in “How to self-register real estate ownership transfer without the help of a legal scrivener or expert.”
The district also posted A Practical Real Estate Guide in My Hands on the district website (Seongbuk Introduction → Public Relations Archive → Periodicals) so it can be accessed anytime and anywhere.
Various and complex real estate civil complaint forms were also made with writing examples tailored to residents’ perspectives and included in the Real Estate Policy Forms QR Code Guide. You can check ▲ real estate brokerage civil complaint application ▲ land transaction contract permit application ▲ real estate transaction contract report and online reporting method ▲ housing lease contract report and online reporting method ▲ foreigner acquisition permit report ▲ individual official land price and land movement application forms, among others.
The district expects that through the Real Estate Policy Forms QR Code Guide, waiting times for civil petitioners will be reduced and residents will be able to prepare civil documents anytime and anywhere, enabling faster and more convenient real estate transactions.
The Real Estate Policy Forms QR Code Guide can be found at licensed real estate agencies, district office, community service centers’ civil service desks, and on the Seongbuk-gu website.
Mayor Lee Seung-ro of Seongbuk-gu said, “Since real estate policies change frequently and many residents face difficulties with complex civil complaint forms, we have provided various real estate policy booklets and QR codes containing civil complaint forms to assist them. We will continue to do our best to protect residents’ property and provide civil services that residents can conveniently use.”
