IBK Industrial Bank, Open Recruitment for 150 New Employees in the First Half of 2024

IBK Industrial Bank announced on the 12th that it will publicly recruit 150 new employees in the first half of 2024.

The recruitment fields are general finance, digital, and information technology (IT), with the existing 'digital' field separated into 'digital' and 'IT' fields for recruitment. The 'digital' field mainly involves digital new business planning and artificial intelligence modeling, while the 'IT' field focuses on cloud framework operation and software development.

Applicants can submit their application forms through the IBK recruitment website by the 27th, and after document screening, written tests, practical tests, and interviews, the final successful candidates will be announced in June.

To facilitate more active communication with applicants, IBK will hold online and offline recruitment briefings for a week starting March 13. Detailed information about the recruitment will be available on the IBK recruitment website's job announcement and FAQ sections from 5 p.m. on the 12th.

An IBK representative stated, "We will continue to lead youth employment creation by providing quality jobs for young people," adding, "We plan to operate a disability score system again this time to ensure socially equitable recruitment."

Meanwhile, in addition to the public recruitment in the first half of the year, IBK plans to newly introduce regular full-time recruitment to timely hire outstanding talents and provide entry opportunities to young talents through various recruitment methods.

Furthermore, IBK plans to increase the scale of youth intern recruitment compared to the previous year, allowing interns to directly experience the bank's field work and carry out projects with 'IBK Changgong' innovative companies. The youth intern recruitment announcement is scheduled to be posted in May.
