Silla University Department of Visual Design, Hiring 2 Unreal Developers for 'Samwoo Immersion' Recruitment-Linked Positions

Shilla University (President Heo Nam-sik) announced on the 12th that 2 out of 4 students from the Department of Visual Design who participated in Samwoo Immersion's "SWXR Campus Recruitment-Linked Unreal Developer Training Course" have been confirmed for employment.

Graduates of the training program and representatives from Samwoo Immersion are posing for a commemorative photo.

Four students from Shilla University's Department of Visual Design who participated in Samwoo Immersion's on-site practical Unreal Engine developer training and recruitment program, "SWXR Campus Recruitment-Linked Unreal Developer Training Course," held from February 1 to March 8, have successfully completed the program.

With the aim of nurturing outstanding talent in the Unreal Engine field, intensive theoretical and practical training was conducted for about one month, 8 hours a day, including ▲orientation ▲expert lectures ▲IMXR content experience ▲project practice. Among the graduates, students who received excellent evaluations were offered employment opportunities, and Shilla University students Son Jaeheon and Park Boyeon achieved the success of being hired.

Kim Daehee, CEO of Samwoo Immersion, expressed gratitude and pride, saying, "Despite the rigorous training program where participants could be eliminated if they did not meet the evaluation criteria after the mid-term assessment, I am thankful and proud that everyone completed the course without exception," and added, "I believe all the processes will result in good outcomes in the future."

Son Jaeheon and Park Boyeon, students from Shilla University's Department of Visual Design who completed this training and were hired by Samwoo Immersion, shared their thoughts: "We believe we were hired not because we performed well during the training period, but because they saw our potential for growth," and added, "After joining, we will work hard to learn and show our progress."
