[Sale Calendar] Second Week of March, About 10,000 Units Including 'The Sharp Dunchon Foret' for Sale

In the second week of March, about 10,000 households nationwide will be offered for sale.

According to Real Estate R114 on the 10th, from the 11th to the 17th, 13 complexes nationwide will start sales for a total of 10,979 households (8,383 general sales). This is an increase of 3,833 households compared to the previous week (7,146 households).

In Seoul, ‘The Sharp Dunchon Foret’ in Dunchon-dong, Gangdong-gu will accept special supply applications on the 11th, first priority on the 12th, and second priority on the 13th. It is composed of 8 buildings from basement level 2 to 14 floors above ground, totaling 572 households. The general sales quantity is 74 households, with types as follows: ▲84㎡A 26 households ▲84㎡B 26 households ▲112㎡ 22 households.

‘The Sharp Dunchon Foret’ is a station-area complex near Jungang Veterans Hospital Station on Subway Line 9, and offers convenient access to various parts of Seoul via Gangbyeonbuk-ro and Olympic-daero. Additionally, the large-scale Dunchon Jugong complex in the Dunchon-dong area is about to be occupied, which is expected to greatly improve residential conditions.

In Incheon, ‘Songdo Xi Punggyeongchae Granoble’ in Songdo-dong, Yeonsu-gu will accept special supply applications on the 11th, first priority on the 12th, and second priority on the 13th. It is a large complex with 2,728 apartment units and 542 officetel units, totaling 3,270 households. Phases 1 and 2 consist of apartments from basement level 1 to a maximum of 29 floors above ground, and phase 4 consists of apartments from basement level 2 to a maximum of 47 floors above ground, with exclusive areas ranging from 84 to 208㎡. Phases 3 and 5 consist of apartments from basement level 2 to a maximum of 45 floors above ground with exclusive areas ranging from 84 to 149㎡, and officetels with exclusive areas of 39㎡.

The announcement dates for winners differ between phases 1 and 2 and phases 3, 4, and 5, allowing for overlapping applications. However, if a winner is announced earlier in one phase, the application for the phase with the later announcement date will be automatically canceled.

Access to the entire Songdo area and the metropolitan area is convenient via Incheon New Port Boulevard and Songdo Bio Boulevard. Kindergarten, elementary, and middle school sites are planned, and there is a nearby university campus, providing a good educational environment. Commercial facilities such as large marts and shopping centers, a university hospital (planned), and a lake park are also located nearby, offering various infrastructure amenities.

In Gyeonggi Province, ‘Icheon Lotte Castle Central Perras Sky’ in Anheung-dong, Icheon, and ‘Jije Station Ban Semiconductor Valley Harrington Place’ in Gajae-dong, Pyeongtaek, will proceed with applications. Jije Station Ban Semiconductor Valley Harrington Place is composed of 12 buildings from basement level 2 to a maximum of 29 floors above ground, with a total of 1,209 households of exclusive areas 84㎡ and 103㎡. It is accessible via Suseo High-Speed Railway (SRT), Subway Line 1’s Pyeongtaek Jije Station, and Seojeong-ri Station. The KTX from Suwon is scheduled to open in 2025, and the extension of the Metropolitan Area Express Railway (GTX) lines A and C has been confirmed, making travel to the metropolitan area and outskirts more convenient. It is expected to serve as a residential area supporting Songtan General Industrial Complex, Samsung Electronics Pyeongtaek Campus, and Pyeongtaek Brain City General Industrial Complex. Large marts and shopping centers are also nearby for daily convenience.

The operation of the Korea Real Estate Board’s subscription home website will be temporarily suspended until the 22nd, so no complexes have confirmed model house openings for next week.
