The iF Design Award, established in 1953 and organized by the International Forum in Germany, is one of the most prestigious awards in the design field. Along with Germany's 'Red Dot' and the United States' 'IDEA', it is considered one of the world's top three design awards. This year, a jury of 132 design experts evaluated over 10,000 entries from 72 countries based on design differentiation, visual elements, and impact, selecting 3,767 winning works.

Through underground public walkways that incorporate light and artworks, it provides residents with a practical and safe space. The public pedestrian passage open to the general public was created as a cultural and artistic space expressing 'the daily life of Seoul citizens, Seoul's 24 hours.'
The community space (The Brillia), which won in the interior category, was designed under the theme 'The Grand Tour.' It is a high-end community linking travel-themed spaces such as a swimming pool reminiscent of Antalya, Turkey, known as the gods' resort, and sauna facilities embodying the Finnish sensibility. It embodies the purpose of providing residents with a leisurely, vacation-like everyday space.
