This moment was captured on the 5th at a ‘Meeting with Parenting Moms’ held in Cheongju, Chungbuk. Since the event was attended by mothers currently raising children, many scenes involving kids were captured.

At the event, Chairman Han received a letter from an elementary school student and was asked to hold babies directly. In particular, a video showing a baby about nine months old in Chairman Han’s arms taking his glasses without him showing any sign of surprise went viral. Watching the video closely, the baby seems curious about Chairman Han’s glasses, fiddles with them, and then quickly pulls them off. Chairman Han did not stop the baby. Instead, he blocked another person’s hand who tried to take the glasses back from the baby. As a result, Chairman Han attended the meeting for quite some time with 'bare eyes.' The baby, fascinated by the glasses, played with them for a while before shifting attention to the microphone in Chairman Han’s hand.

This scene was made into a meme and spread across various online communities. Most netizens responded by saying, "He clearly has a lot of experience holding babies." Regarding this, political commentator Lee Jong-geun said on the 6th on 'YTN News Live,' "That baby did something remarkable. Because Han Dong-hoon’s image without glasses had never been captured before," adding, "We were able to see him naturally without glasses." Lee further explained, "The important thing is that Chairman Han moved quickly across the country, which gives the impression that Representative Lee Jae-myung lost the initiative. The reason why traveling around regions is important is, first, to deliver messages; second, to be seen meeting people; and third, because such gossip can emerge."

After the meeting with parenting moms, Chairman Han emphasized regarding the low birthrate issue, "It is a policy for a sustainable Korea, so our direction is to minimize restrictions and move toward universal welfare regardless of income level."
