NH Investment & Securities, Next CEO Candidates: Yoon Byung-woon, Yoo Chan-hyung, Sa Jae-hoon

NH Investment & Securities' next CEO candidates have been narrowed down to Yoon Byung-woon, Head of NH Investment & Securities IB1 Division (Vice President), Yoo Chan-hyung, former Vice Chairman of NongHyup Central Association, and Sa Jae-hoon, former Vice President of Samsung Securities.

On the 5th, NH Investment & Securities held a Nomination Committee meeting and finalized these three as the shortlist for the next CEO candidate.

Among internal candidates, Vice President Yoon Byung-woon was included. CEO Yoon joined the company in 1993 during the LG Investment & Securities era and has remained with the firm ever since. He is recognized for working closely with CEO Jung Young-chae for nearly 20 years and contributing to establishing NH Investment & Securities as a leader in investment banking.

Former Vice Chairman Yoo Chan-hyung served as Head of the Chungnam Regional Headquarters of NongHyup Central Association, Head of the Planning and Coordination Headquarters, and CEO of NongHyup Asset Management. He is regarded as a financial and planning expert with experience across mutual finance and planning sectors. Former Vice President Sa Jae-hoon held positions such as Head of Wholesale Division and Head of Wealth Management (WM) Division at Samsung Securities, and later served as Head of Channel Sales Division.

Jung Young-chae, CEO of NH Investment & Securities who announced his intention to step down yesterday, was excluded from the shortlist.

NH Investment & Securities plans to announce the final candidate at an extraordinary board meeting scheduled for the 12th and officially appoint the next CEO at the shareholders' meeting on the 26th.
