Hyundai Engineering has opened the model house for the "Hillstate Munsuro Central" apartment located in Sinjeong-dong, Nam-gu, Ulsan, and has started sales. Rising up to 46 floors in the region's most preferred residential area, it is designed as a space that elevates the value of life with outstanding location and excellent product quality, attracting high interest from prospective buyers.

Hillstate Munsuro Central, located in Sinjeong-dong, Nam-gu, Ulsan, consists of a total of 566 households with a floor area of 84㎡, ranging from basement level 5 to 46 floors above ground. The number of units by type is ▲84㎡A with 242 units ▲84㎡B with 244 units ▲84㎡C with 80 units.

Applications for first priority will be accepted on the 5th and second priority on the 6th through the Korea Real Estate Board's Subscription Home website. Winners will be announced on the 12th, and official contracts are scheduled to be signed from the 25th to the 27th.

Residents of Ulsan Metropolitan City, Busan Metropolitan City, and Gyeongsangnam-do who have held a subscription savings account for more than six months and meet the deposit requirements by region and area can apply for first priority subscription even if they do not own a house or are not the head of the household. Since all types are under 85㎡, 60% of the units are allocated by lottery, allowing those with low scores to have a chance to win. Resale is also possible after six months, attracting interest as an investment destination. The down payment is 5%, and a fixed interest rate of 3.8% on interim payments is applied, significantly reducing the burden of purchase.

Hillstate Munsuro Central is attracting attention from buyers with its excellent product quality. It offers three types that enhance the value of life by reflecting the lifestyle and preferences of residents: the trendy 4-bay 84㎡A, the 84㎡B with a wide dining space, and the 84㎡C with enhanced views through three open sides.

The ceiling height is 2.4m (2.5m for tray ceilings), creating an open interior. All units feature a cross-ventilated LDK layout (Living room, Dining room, Kitchen), designed to connect the living room, dining area, and kitchen into one space, enhancing unity and openness, which is advantageous for ventilation.

Additionally, a wide kitchen window design and an integrated pantry for space expansion are applied. Optional selections allow for customized lifestyle spaces such as integrated bedrooms and upgraded dressing rooms. Furthermore, all units provide storage rooms, enabling convenient storage of bulky camping and leisure equipment as well as various household items.

Various community facilities are also provided. A public daycare center will be established within the complex, and the direct branch of Jongno M School is confirmed to open. Diverse educational facilities such as a small library and indoor playground will be created, along with a golf practice range, fitness center, and care center. These facilities will be linked with SLP’s living platform service, which offers community services through an exclusive app for residents. Agreements are also underway with "Interocean," a hyperbaric oxygen therapy healthcare center, and "Gallery K," which offers art exhibitions.

Moreover, the complex is well-equipped with key infrastructure. Sinjeong Market, selected as a cultural tourism market by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups, is located right next door. Large convenience facilities such as Lotte Mart, NewCore Outlet, and Hyundai Department Store are nearby. Schools including Jungang Elementary (selected as a Green Smart Future School), Wolpyeong Middle, Hakseong Middle, Seo Girls' Middle, and Hakseong High School are also close.

Green spaces such as Namsan Neighborhood Park, Taehwagang National Garden, and Ulsan Citizens' Park are nearby, enabling a pleasant living environment. The Ulsan Metro Line 1 Gongyeoptap Station (planned) will provide convenient transportation once opened, and the complex is adjacent to Bongwol-ro, ensuring good road access.

Meanwhile, the model house is located in Samsan-dong, Nam-gu, opposite Save Zone. Personal curating services are offered inside the model house, allowing visitors to receive detailed consultations. Similar to a VIP briefing session, dedicated curators accompany visitors from entry to exit, providing thorough explanations to enhance understanding. Move-in is scheduled for June 2028.
