DL E&C Strengthens Win-Win Cooperation with Partners... Holds 'Hansup Partners Day'

DL E&C announced on the 4th that it held the 'Hansup Partners Day' on the 29th of last month at the Glad Hotel in Yeouido, Seoul, an event to select and award partner companies that achieved outstanding performance throughout 2023.

DL E&C announces the Hansup Partners every year to promote mutual growth with its partner companies. This time, a total of 130 partner companies were selected based on a comprehensive evaluation of last year's work performance, safety, and quality contributions. Among them, 22 partner companies were named Hansup Best Partners, the highest honor. Hansup Best Partners receive a 50% reduction in the contract performance guarantee rate. In particular, companies selected as Hansup Best Partners for three consecutive years receive additional benefits such as priority in bidding participation and exemption from contract performance guarantees.

The event was attended by over 150 people, including CEOs of partner companies, DL E&C CEO Machangmin, and employees. They shared opinions on overall management issues such as the outlook for the construction market this year, management strategies, and measures to strengthen safety management. It was reported that the CEOs of partner companies expressed high expectations for the integrated work manual production project led by DL E&C. Since the end of last year, DL E&C has been working with partner companies to review all types of work and tasks on-site from scratch and produce an integrated work manual to establish a new way of working properly.

At the event, Lee Gyuhang, CEO of Gwanaksan Industry, said in his acceptance speech, "We are grateful for DL E&C's support in securing quality and establishing a safety culture," adding, "We expect that the production of the integrated work manual will be an opportunity for both DL E&C and partner companies to secure mid- to long-term development and competitiveness."

Meanwhile, DL E&C operates an industry-leading win-win growth program to strengthen Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) management. This includes a construction win-win growth management course for partner company CEOs, support for smart construction technology, and waste reduction activities.

CEO Machangmin emphasized the 'safety first principle' and said, "We will strive for virtuous cycle development that enhances the quality and cost competitiveness of both DL E&C and partner companies."
