Recently, the sale prices of complexes supplied through redevelopment and reconstruction projects in the apartment pre-sale market have been attracting attention. These redevelopment project complexes are located in urban areas with well-established living infrastructure, offering excellent residential conditions and promising future value due to improved living environments, drawing significant interest from buyers.
Additionally, redevelopment project complexes are highly regarded for their future value as they provide a pleasant living environment and convenient living conditions after completion. For these reasons, the resale prices of these complexes continue to rise, and they often become the leading properties in their regions.
An industry expert stated, “Redevelopment project complexes often face controversy over their pre-sale prices at the time of supply, but they record excellent sales results due to various advantages, including superior living infrastructure. In particular, since the surrounding residential environment is likely to improve and high future value is expected, these complexes have a high potential to become leading apartments that set the local market price upon completion, attracting strong interest in the pre-sale market.”
Meanwhile, Hyundai Engineering & Construction and Kumho Construction are currently selling ‘Hillstate Eoullim Cheongju Sajik’ in Sajik-dong, Seowon-gu, Cheongju, Chungbuk. The complex consists of 26 buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to a maximum of 35 floors above ground, with a total of 2,330 households and exclusive areas ranging from 39 to 114㎡, of which 1,675 units are available for general sale.
‘Hillstate Eoullim Cheongju Sajik’ boasts an administrative town location within walking distance to the Chungcheongbuk-do Provincial Government Office, the planned new Cheongju City Hall, and the Bank of Korea, all situated in the old downtown area. Meanwhile, the subscription schedule for ‘Hillstate Eoullim Cheongju Sajik’ begins with special supply on March 4 (Monday), followed by first priority on March 5 (Tuesday) and second priority on March 6 (Wednesday). The announcement of winners will be on March 13 (Wednesday), and the official contract period will be from March 24 (Sunday) to March 27 (Wednesday) for four days. The model house is located in Sajik-dong, Seowon-gu, Cheongju.
