‘Jaksim’ is expanding its scope beyond reading rooms and study cafes to shared offices, launching ‘The Jaksim,’ which combines the advantages of study cafes and shared offices. This has been increasing the nationwide startup rate, and by focusing on ‘large-scale’ and ‘premium’ branches as key opening strategies, it is securing differentiation from other brands and is regarded as a leading brand in the study cafe startup market.
Additionally, ‘Jaksim’ has stably achieved the ‘large-scale’ branch trend, which is also being pursued by large marts and other franchise industries, including reading rooms and study cafes. It is known to be attracting attention as a business item that generates stable profits regardless of whether it is located in a prime commercial area.
The representative of ‘Jaksim’ Study Cafe in Gangnam-gu stated, “Jaksim is gaining attention as a unique brand with differentiated competitiveness that is not heavily influenced by the surrounding location, making it an outstanding brand for prospective entrepreneurs who own small buildings or vacant newly constructed buildings.” He added, “It is actively opening stores even in side streets with relatively low foot traffic and vacant upper floors where it is difficult to find suitable tenants, becoming a notable startup item that receives consistent love calls from building owners, shopping mall owners, developers, and construction companies.”
Meanwhile, ‘Jaksim’ has confirmed 10 new branches scheduled to open in January and February 2024 alone, successfully continuing to attract the highest number of directly franchised stores nationwide and within its regions.
