Hoban Construction's 'Hoban Summit Park Edition' in Yeonhui Park, Incheon, is nearing full sale.
The Hoban Summit Park Edition, supplied by Hoban Construction, is a large apartment complex consisting of 10 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to 34 above-ground floors, with a total of 1,370 units sized between 84 and 99㎡. The number of units by exclusive area is ▲ 84㎡A with 607 units ▲ 84㎡B with 52 units ▲ 84㎡C with 268 units ▲ 99㎡ with 443 units, all of which are medium to large-sized units with high rarity value.
This complex is located right next to Cheongna International City in Incheon, offering the advantage of sharing residential infrastructure. Residents can access Lotte Mart, Homeplus, and Cheongna Lake Park, with planned developments including Starfield Cheongna (scheduled), Costco Cheongna (scheduled), and Cheongna Medical Complex Town (scheduled).
The transportation environment is also excellent. It offers easy access to the Metropolitan Area 2nd Ring Expressway and Incheon International Airport Expressway. Additionally, the extension of Line 7 to Cheongna (Seoknam Station to Airport Railroad Cheongna International City Station), the construction of the 3rd connecting bridge, and the announcement of GTX D and E lines are planned, forming a wide-area transportation network.
On the 25th of last month, the government announced the 'Three Major Innovation Strategies in Transportation,' including extensions and new lines for the existing GTX routes. The announcement included plans to extend existing GTX lines and establish new D, E, and F lines. The new GTX D, E, and F lines will be incorporated into the 5th National Railroad Network Plan to be established in the first half of 2025, with phased openings to accelerate the project.
The industry is focusing on the western Incheon area, where Cheongna International City and Geomdan New Town are located, as a beneficiary of the GTX. The western Incheon area will be served by two new lines: the GTX-D Y-shaped line starting from Incheon Airport Station and Gimpo Janggi Station, and the GTX-E line running from Incheon Airport Station to Namyangju. Using GTX-D and E will enable access from Incheon Airport to Gangnam, improving Seoul accessibility for western Incheon areas such as Yeongjong, Cheongna, and Gyeyang.
Hoban Construction's Hoban Summit Park Edition is supplied through a private park special project. This project involves developing 70% of the urban park land as green park space to be donated and maintained, while 30% is developed by private developers into apartments and other facilities. The complex is located within the park, offering not only views but also a pleasant residential environment where residents can enjoy walking and relaxation.
The Hoban Summit Park Edition is designed with all units facing south to maximize park views, and features a 4-bay slab-type layout to enhance lighting and ventilation. Variable walls allow consumers to create various spaces according to their lifestyle. The 84㎡ units provide ample storage space including a kitchen pantry, while the 99㎡ units increase space utilization with a dressing room, integrated powder room with storage, and an alpha room.
Community facilities include a fitness club, GX room, indoor golf practice range, as well as single-person study rooms, reading rooms, a small library, residents' meeting room, kids club, and a community care center, supporting residents' healthy and relaxed lifestyles. Additionally, the complex is directly connected to Yeonhui Park's walking trails, allowing residents to enjoy natural scenery and relaxation within the city.
To reduce the financial burden on contract holders, Hoban Construction offers various financial benefits such as installment payments for the down payment (first installment of 10 million KRW) and interest support on interim payments. The benefits include three installments for the down payment and interest support of up to 1.5% if the interim loan interest rate exceeds 4%, lowering the initial burden for buyers.
The model house for Hoban Construction's Hoban Summit Park Edition is currently open, and the expected move-in date is December 2026.
