Kmong announced on the 29th that its subsidiary, Ddokddokhan Gaebalja, has launched ‘Pluuug,’ an outsourcing operation management Software as a Service (SaaS). Pluuug is a service that provides an integrated work tool with functions such as sales management, contracts, settlements, and revenue for companies offering outsourcing services like development firms, marketing agencies, design agencies, and video studios.
In particular, it features the ability to check payment settlement schedules occurring over multiple installments per project contract, and quickly confirm the status of personnel deployment and available staff for new projects, which are difficult to grasp at once with existing work tools.
Generally, managing business processes such as outsourcing sales, contracts, and settlements required purchasing and learning multiple software programs, which was a challenge. Ddokddokhan Gaebalja explained that Pluuug was launched to overcome these limitations.
Seo Jangwon, CEO of Ddokddokhan Gaebalja, said, “We received positive feedback during preliminary testing,” and added, “We will continue to provide services that enhance the productivity of B2B agencies through continuous updates.”
