Long-term lease rental housing will be built near Mongchontoseong Station on Line 8 and Gwangheungchang Station on Line 6.
On the 29th, the Seoul Metropolitan Government announced that it had approved with modifications the district unit plan decision for the construction of long-term lease rental housing in the area of 56-3 Bangi-dong at the 2nd Urban and Architectural Joint Committee held the previous day.
The long-term lease rental housing near Mongchontoseong Station is planned to consist of a total of 471 units, including 149 rental housing units, with buildings ranging from 6 basement floors to 27 above-ground floors. Following the approval with modifications, the final housing supply plan will be confirmed.
To provide pedestrian resting areas and green spaces for citizens, a public open space has been secured on the northern side of the project site. A public parking lot with 50 spaces, accessible to local residents, will be constructed on the first basement floor.
The width of Olympic-ro 34-gil, the road on the west side, will be expanded to 8 meters, and the existing road within the site (Olympic-ro 43-gil) will be realigned to allow two-way traffic, improving the traffic environment.

원본보기 아이콘The plan for long-term lease rental housing in the station area of Sin-su-dong 91-318, Mapo-gu, near Gwangheungchang Station on Line 6 and Seogang University Station on the Gyeongui-Jungang Line, which includes a maximum of 28 floors and 59 long-term lease rental housing units, totaling 204 units, was also approved. The final supply plan will be confirmed considering review opinions such as adjustments in the number of units by rental housing size.
On the first floor of the long-term lease rental housing in Sin-su-dong 91-318, a public contribution facility is planned to provide a space that helps the convenience of local residents. A small park will be created in the adjacent area of Sin-su-dong 91-90 to improve pedestrian spaces.
The Seoul Metropolitan Government stated, "With the district unit plan decision for the construction of long-term lease rental housing, we expect to improve the residential environment for surrounding local residents while supplying high-quality public housing, contributing to the housing stability of the general public."
