Shinhan Card is known to have received high evaluations for practicing win-win finance, such as supporting small business owners. It operates the integrated marketing platform for small businesses, ‘My Shop Partner,’ as an open platform for all small business owners, including Shinhan Card merchants, providing support in commercial area analysis, startup information, marketing, and loans for sole proprietors.

Additionally, last year, it signed an agreement with the Ministry of the Interior and Safety to revitalize good price stores, supporting the local economy and small business owners, and expanded this agreement to all card companies.

Furthermore, Shinhan Card was recognized for its commitment to win-win finance through ▲ providing differentiated customer experiences via platform-based innovation and digital acceleration ▲ pursuing sustainable management based on ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) strategies ▲ practicing win-win finance to support financially vulnerable groups ▲ consumer protection activities from the perspective of protecting financially disadvantaged customers and strengthening internal controls.

A Shinhan Card official stated, “We will continue to strive to become a first-class company that provides a higher level of customer experience.”
