BNK Busan Bank (President Bang Seong-bin) has launched the ‘Youth Housing Dream Subscription Savings Account’ to support young people in purchasing homes and building assets.
The ‘Youth Housing Dream Subscription Savings Account’ is available to young people aged 19 to 34 with an annual income of 50 million KRW or less who do not own a home. It offers a maximum annual interest rate of 4.5% and allows monthly deposits of up to 1 million KRW. Lump-sum payments are also possible only for maturity proceeds from Youth Leap Accounts or Youth Hope Savings.
Additionally, after one year of enrollment, if the subscriber wins a housing subscription through this account, low-interest policy loans will be provided.
This subscription savings account can be opened at all Busan Bank branches, and detailed information is available on the Busan Bank website.
To commemorate the launch of the ‘Youth Housing Dream Subscription Savings Account,’ Busan Bank will hold an event for customers who sign up by the end of May.
Customers who newly subscribe with at least 100,000 KRW and register an automatic transfer of at least 100,000 KRW will receive a 20,000 KRW cashback, limited to the first 500 applicants. Additionally, among event participants, a raffle will be held to award ▲Apple AirPods Max (1 winner) ▲Apple Watch SE2 (2 winners) ▲Starbucks 10,000 KRW gifticon (100 winners).
Ok Young-su, head of the Housing and Urban Fund Team at Busan Bank, said, “Since we have prepared this event as well, we ask for a lot of interest in the Youth Housing Dream Subscription Savings Account.”
