Geumgang Housing is introducing the high-end terrace house brand PangyoTH212 in the Daejang-dong area of Bundang-gu, Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do. The name combines TH (Terrace House) and the total supply of 212 units, consisting of 11 buildings from basement level 1 to ground level 4, with exclusive areas ranging from 110 to 183㎡, totaling 212 units.

According to the Korea Real Estate Board's Apply Home, PangyoTH212 received 442 applications for 210 general supply units (excluding special supply), resulting in an average competition rate of 2.1 to 1. In particular, the 110㎡A unit recorded a highest competition rate of 9.3 to 1, while the 135㎡T unit saw a competition rate of 5.6 to 1.

A sales official stated, "This is the last large-sized unit supply in a prime location within the Pangyo Daejang district, and despite all units being large-sized due to the application of the price ceiling system, it has attracted significant public attention. We will repay the interest and expectations with sincere construction."

The announcement of winners will be on Tuesday, February 27, and the official contracts will be conducted over three days from Monday, March 11 to Wednesday, March 13. Move-in is scheduled for November 2025.
