Shinyoung announced on the 22nd that it has officially launched differentiated residential services and community facility operations at 'Brighton Yeouido,' which is the first in Yeouido to offer hotel-style breakfast and lunch services.
The most representative service is the breakfast and lunch service that has been operating since the 1st of this month. The service is provided in a resident common facility with a hotel lounge concept, in collaboration with Shinsegae Food, a leading B&F company in Korea.
Unlike typical catering-style (group meal) breakfast and lunch services, this service is based on a hotel-style system where a chef cooks on-site and serves meals face-to-face. Additionally, in collaboration with Samsung C&T Resort Division’s Everland Landscaping Team, residents can experience hotel-style dining while enjoying the distinctive landscaping and indoor and outdoor views of the complex.
The breakfast and lunch service is available six days a week from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Different dishes such as ? la carte meals and brunch are offered daily. The usage fee is set at the level of ingredient costs (9,000 KRW per meal), and residents can conveniently pay using their resident cards.
Residential services, community facilities, and programs within the complex are also in operation. Residents can use lifestyle-oriented residential services such as housekeeping, limousine service, on-site car washing, laundry, home styling, home repairs, market, and moving assistance. These services are accessible through a resident-exclusive application (app) and a concierge desk. Shinyoung explained that the app subscription rate among residents exceeds 80%, and more than half of the subscribers use the residential services.
Furthermore, residents have expressed high satisfaction with customized community facilities and programs responsible for leisure and health, including guest rooms, fitness centers, shower rooms, equipment Pilates, GX classes, private lockers, and lounges.
A Shinyoung official stated, "After operating the breakfast and lunch service for about three weeks, the usage rate relative to the number of households has consistently remained above 70%," adding, "It seems that providing dignified and highly satisfactory services that meet residents’ high expectations has been effective."
Meanwhile, Brighton Yeouido, built on the former Yeouido MBC site, consists of two residential apartment buildings, one officetel building, and one office building, ranging from six basement floors to a maximum of 49 floors above ground. The residential apartments currently supplied for rent consist of two buildings from basement level 6 to the 49th floor, with exclusive areas ranging from 84 to 132 square meters, totaling 454 households.
