At the KAIST graduation ceremony, alumni submitted a complaint to the National Police Agency on the 20th, accusing the Presidential Security Service chief and security personnel after Shin Minki, a graduate and spokesperson for the Green Party, was forcibly removed for shouting at President Yoon Seok-yeol.
