Hyundai Mobis announced on the 16th that it will transfer its domestic hydrogen fuel cell business to Hyundai Motor Company.
The transaction amount is 217.8 billion KRW.
The company explained that the deal was decided to integrate hydrogen business capabilities at the group level and to focus on and enhance the competitiveness of its core business capabilities.
