As the preference for brand-name apartments supplied by major construction companies continues, DL Construction's 'e-Pyeonhansesang Geomdan Ecovista' under construction in Geomdan New Town is attracting attention.
In a survey conducted by real estate information company Dr. Apartment, when asked about the most important factor to consider when purchasing an apartment in the same location, 'brand' overwhelmingly ranked first at 46.37%. This is significant as it has been selected as the top priority for eight consecutive years since the related statistics began in 2015.
According to a survey conducted by the real estate platform Zigbang targeting its app users, 9 out of 10 respondents (87.4%) answered that the brand has an impact on apartment value (price).
Brand-name apartments with excellent locations and differentiated product qualities tend to have high residential satisfaction among residents and often become landmarks leading the local market prices.
Complexes launched with well-known and trusted brands continue to enjoy strong sales. In October last year, 'e-Pyeonhansesang Geomdan Well County' in Geomdan New Town, Incheon, attracted 13,349 applicants for 622 units (excluding special supply), closing all housing types with a maximum competition rate of 35 to 1.
In the same month, 'Dongtan Lake Park Nature & e-Pyeonhansesang' in Gyeonggi and 'e-Pyeonhansesang Gangdong Prestige One' in Seoul also succeeded with average competition rates of 240.15 to 1 and 86 to 1, respectively, in the first priority subscription.
Recognized for its brand value across the metropolitan area, 'e-Pyeonhansesang' is drawing attention again with a new supply announcement in Geomdan New Town, Incheon, this February. The project is 'e-Pyeonhansesang Geomdan Ecovista.' It will be developed with 11 buildings ranging from three basement floors to 20 above-ground floors, offering a total of 732 units with exclusive areas of 84, 99, and 119 square meters. It will be supplied at a reasonable price under the price ceiling system.
'e-Pyeonhansesang' is Korea's first apartment brand and has proven its world-class brand design competitiveness by winning four awards at the world's top three design awards. Domestically, it has been recognized with 11 Consumer-Selected Most Trusted Brand Awards, six consecutive National Brand Awards, eight Korea Brand of the Year Awards, and five consecutive Star Brand Awards.
e-Pyeonhansesang Geomdan Ecovista is expected to offer product qualities befitting the 'e-Pyeonhansesang' brand. The innovative C2 House design of e-Pyeonhansesang will be applied to all units, and as it is supplied in rare medium-to-large sizes, spacious layouts including pantries and dressing rooms are incorporated. Diverse community facilities such as a Green Cafe, Edu Center, Kids Cafe, and Wellness Center will also be established for residents.
The housing exhibition hall is located in Wonchang-dong, Seo-gu, Incheon, and is scheduled to open in February 2024. Move-in is expected in July 2026.
