Three-term lawmaker Lee Won-wook (Gyeonggi Hwaseong) and first-term lawmaker Jo Eung-cheon (Gyeonggi Namyangju Gap), who joined the Reform New Party, announced on the 13th that they will run in their existing constituencies in the April 10 general election.
At a press conference held at the National Assembly Communication Office on the same day, the two lawmakers stated, "Jo Eung-cheon will run as the Reform New Party candidate in Namyangju, and Lee Won-wook will run in Hwaseong with a do-or-die determination in this general election."
They added, "We will put an end to hate politics and prove that a third-space party can succeed," emphasizing, "We will create innovation, alternatives, and unity in our constituencies."
