On the 7th, Han Donghoon, the Emergency Response Committee Chairman of the People Power Party, said at the welcoming ceremony for the new recruits held at the party headquarters, "Please look at each and every one of you here. These are people who would not have come to the People Power Party in the past," adding, "We are becoming a party where such people gather."

Secretary General Kim Sohee has worked at the Climate Change Center since 2010 and is a climate change expert who has been responding to global climate change for over the past decade. Kim explained, "I was very pleased with Chairman Han Donghoon's acceptance speech mentioning balanced policies on climate change, and that became the reason I accepted this position."

Kim Hyoeun, the EBS instructor, has been conducting educational activities under the name Reina. Kim said, "I honestly think I have received so much from the Republic of Korea," and added, "Since I came this far by self-studying English through EBS and other means without private education in Yeongcheon, Gyeongbuk, I want to give back exactly what I have received."

Lawyer Chae Wonki was introduced as an expert in civil law who has worked as a specialized lawyer for administrative litigation involving local governments. Chae said, "I have spent most of my career as a legal advisor for local governments," and expressed, "I dare to pride myself not just as a lawyer but as an expert in local administration."

Professor Kim Iksu is currently serving as a professor at Shinshu University in Japan, which is renowned for textile engineering, and is the first foreigner to serve as the director of the Japan International Fiber Engineering Research Institute. His introduction was postponed as he could not return to Korea due to his teaching commitments in Japan.

On the same day, a welcoming ceremony was also held for Lee Sanggyu, president of the Korea Youth Rental Housing Association, Han Jeongmin, a researcher at Samsung Electronics DS Division, and Lee Younghoon, former president of the Korea Junior Chamber (JC) Central Association, who were recruited on January 31.
