Bongsan Park’s ‘Cheomdan Jeil Punggyeongchae Park One,’ sharing the living area of Gwangju Metropolitan City’s Cheomdan District, is scheduled to be supplied in February.


Gwangju Cheomdan District is one of the largest planned cities in Gwangju Metropolitan City, along with Sangmu District and Suwan District, and is a high-tech science industrial complex. Cheomdan 1 and 2 districts have been completed, and recently, the scale has been expanded northward to Cheomdan 3 District, which will be developed as an AI cluster extending into Jangseong County. According to the real estate big data platform Asil, in Cheomdan District, a 84㎡ (15th floor) unit of ‘Jeil Punggyeongchae River Park’ located on the Yeongsan Riverbank in District 2 was traded for 697 million KRW in June, recording the second-highest actual transaction price for the same size in Buk-gu, Gwangju last year. Moreover, ‘Cheomdan 2 District Joongheung S Class’ and ‘Cheomdan 2 District Hoban Verdiem 1 and 2 Complexes’ also ranked within the top 10 actual transaction prices, ranging from the high 500 million to high 600 million KRW.


Meanwhile, ‘Cheomdan Jeil Punggyeongchae Park One’ not only shares the living area directly adjacent to Cheomdan District but also attracts attention with its pleasant natural environment as a private park special project complex.


According to industry sources, the average sale price per 3.3㎡ is expected to be set in the mid-10 million KRW range, making it a topic for its reasonable price. Amid the recent nationwide rise in sale prices, new apartments in Gwangju are also being supplied at high prices. According to Real Estate R114, the average sale price per 3.3㎡ in Gwangju last year soared to as high as 21.02 million KRW.
