The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport and the Korea Real Estate Board are promoting the 'On-site Briefing Session on Maintenance Project Policy Directions.' This is part of the follow-up measures to the 'Housing Supply Expansion Plan' announced on January 10. This on-site briefing session was prepared to directly visit residents and explain the redevelopment and reconstruction system improvements and plans announced through the 'Housing Supply Expansion Plan.'

On the 7th, the first briefing session will be held in Seoul (Hanyang University HIT Hall, 3 PM), and thereafter, a total of five on-site briefing sessions will be held, including the second session in Gyeonggi and Incheon (Seoul, where demand for maintenance projects is high, will have two sessions). Anyone involved in redevelopment and reconstruction projects, such as residents, associations, and industry officials who are currently promoting or preparing these projects, can participate through online pre-registration.

The briefing session will focus on explaining the policy directions of redevelopment and reconstruction projects promoted by the government, the role and operation plan of the Future City Support Center, and related local government officials will also attend to share residents' opinions.

Kim Heon-jeong, Director of Housing Policy at the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, said, "Through on-site briefing sessions by region, we will be able to explain in detail the matters that the public is curious about regarding redevelopment and reconstruction policy directions," adding, "Even after the briefing sessions, we will continue to provide explanations through maintenance consulting at the Future City Support Center, which opened on January 30, and considering the progress of system improvements, we will hold additional on-site briefing sessions."
